JOB DESCRIPTION: GOVERNMENT LIAISONER

Role: Lead Government Liaison & Policy Strategist

Location: Delhi / Andhra Pradesh (Amaravati) / Pan-India

Employment Type: Full-Time / Retainer Basis

About the Role:
The Panch-Veda Grid operates on a Zero-Capex PPP model. To execute this, we need a master negotiator and policy expert who can navigate the corridors of the Ministry of Panchayati Raj, NITI Aayog, NHAI, and State Secretariats. You will secure Right of Way (RoW), obtain Letters of Intent (LOIs), and draft Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) that lock in our monopoly strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Pitching: Arrange and lead presentations for State Chief Ministers (specifically targeting AP, Telangana), Deputy CMs, Principal Secretaries, and Central Ministers.

Policy Shaping: Advocate for the creation of a "Decentralized Edge Infrastructure Policy" to ban single-use telecom towers/streetlights, pushing our monopoly model.

MoU & LOI Drafting: Structure complex BOOT (Build-Own-Operate-Transfer) and revenue-sharing agreements,



ensuring zero financial liability for the government.

Scheme Integration: Align our project with existing government schemes (MUDRA, PMEGP, Smart Cities Mission) to fund local entrepreneurs operating our poles.

Bureaucratic Navigation: Quick-track approvals for RoW, environmental clearances, and telecom licensing across multiple states.

Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in Government Relations, Public Policy, or as a Bureaucrat/Ex-Bureaucrat.

Deep, existing relationships within State IT Departments, Panchayati Raj, NHAI, or NITI Aayog.

Exceptional drafting skills for formal government correspondence, MoUs, and Cabinet Notes.

Political astuteness, emotional intelligence, and the ability to articulate complex tech (Quantum/Edge AI) in simple governance/benefit terms to politicians.

Pay: ₹51,877.35 - ₹150,000.00 per month
