Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and results driven Business Development Executive to drive business growth by generating leads, building client relationships, and converting opportunities into long term partnerships. You will identify new prospects, conduct client outreach, present our branding and marketing services, prepare proposals,



and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that help clients achieve their business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Understand client requirements and present suitable creative and marketing solutions.

Schedule meetings and follow up with prospects.

Prepare proposals and coordinate with the internal team.

Maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions using CRM or spreadsheets.

Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

0-2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome).

Robust communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
