Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and artists professionally.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries.
- Make outbound calls to clients, vendors, and potential leads.
- Schedule meetings, auditions, and appointments.
- Maintain visitor records and call logs.
- Coordinate with the production and marketing teams regarding schedules.
- Follow up with clients regarding projects, payments, and meetings.
- Maintain office files, documents, and basic administrative records.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Assist with event and shoot coordination when required.

Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive telephone etiquette.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.




- Basic knowledge of social media platforms is an advantage.
- Fluency in Hindi and Gujarati; English communication is preferred.

Qualifications:
- Graduate or Undergraduate (Any Stream).
- Previous experience as a receptionist, telecaller, customer service executive, or front office executive is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Working Hours
- Full-time
- 6 days a week (as per company policy)
