Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end operations on Amazon, Flipkart, and other online marketplaces.
- Create, optimize, and maintain product listings, including A+ Content, images, descriptions, and specifications.
- Plan and execute Sponsored Ads campaigns to increase product visibility, traffic, and sales.
- Monitor marketplace performance using GA4 and other analytics tools to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with design teams to maintain consistent visual identity and improve product presentation.
- Work with UI/UX teams to optimize storefronts and enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with influencer marketing teams to drive marketplace traffic and product awareness.
- Track inventory, pricing, promotions, customer reviews, and competitor activities.
- Prepare performance reports and recommend strategies to improve sales and ROI.
- Stay updated with marketplace policies, trends, and best practices.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, BBA, MBA, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in eCommerce or Marketplace Management.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, or other online marketplaces is mandatory.
- Experience in marketplace advertising and analytics tools will be an added advantage.
