We're a fast-growing brand looking for a proactive, enthusiastic individual who enjoys multitasking and wants to grow with the company. As a small team, you'll work closely with the founder and gain hands-on experience across marketing, operations, and business management.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Content
- Create and schedule basic Instagram and WhatsApp content.
- Capture BTS (behind-the-scenes) photos and videos for social media.
- Assist in creating brochures, presentations, and other marketing material.
- Coordinate with the founder on marketing activities and campaigns.
Operations
- Handle customer enquiries, WhatsApp communication, and order taking.
- Coordinate with the kitchen/production team to ensure smooth execution of orders.
- Manage inventory ordering and stock records.
- Coordinate dispatches and deliveries.
- Maintain organised customer and order records.
- Perform basic data entry and account-related record keeping.
- Ensure the studio/workspace is organised and runs smoothly.
- Assist the founder with day-to-day business operations and administrative tasks.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Instagram, Google Sheets, and basic Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
