Wanted Immediately Process Associate Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable For One of Our Prestigious Client in Chennai

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Process Associate to join our Accounts

Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable:
Review and process client invoices with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Ensure timely payments to vendors and service providers.
Reconcile and verify accounts payable transactions, addressing any discrepancies promptly.
Maintain and update vendor records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Assist with the preparation of financial reports and support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Accounts Receivable:
Generate, issue, and follow up on client invoices to ensure timely payment.
Monitor outstanding receivables and communicate with clients regarding overdue invoices.
Reconcile accounts receivable transactions and resolve any discrepancies.
Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status for management review.
Client Interaction:
Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries, resolve issues,



and provide updates.
Maintain a professional and positive relationship with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
Handle client requests and concerns promptly and efficiently, escalating complex issues as needed.

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills:
Understanding of fundamental accounting principles, such as debits, credits, and the general ledger.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a quick-paced environment.
