About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to grow brand presence.
- Plan and create engaging content across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Keep up-to-date with the latest algorithms, features, and trends to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
- Track, analyze, and report performance metrics to improve engagement and reach.

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and current trends.
- Basic knowledge of video/photo editing tools.
- Basic knowledge of graphic designing (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator preferred).
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
