Position:Operations Executive

Experience: 2-5 Years
Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Dispatch Handling
- Coordinate with transporters, courier partners, warehouse team, and clients for daily dispatches
- Track shipments and delivery status regularly
- Follow up with transporters and courier companies for pickups and deliveries
- Ensure dispatches are sent on time
- Coordinate with warehouse/production team for dispatch readiness
- Handle basic delivery-related issues and update management if required
- Maintain proper communication with clients and logistics partners

Inventory & Records
- Maintain dispatch records and operational trackers in Excel/Google Sheets
- Update inward and outward stock movement records
- Maintain courier tracking details and POD records




- Prepare daily dispatch and delivery status updates
- Support barcode/scanning inventory system if required

Skills & Requirements
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Comfortable handling calls with transporters and clients
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and dispatch follow-ups
- Responsible and punctual in work
- Basic problem-solving approach
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment
- Prior experience in operations, dispatch handling, courier coordination, or logistics preferred

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
