- Responsible for creation of Material Masters and BOM's in SAP systems for special requirements.
- Releasing New Material specification/Procedures of special requirements
- Checking and Releasing of Codes and Standards Design documents for inspecting authority approval
- Design of New drawings and required approval for further use
- Checking and Releasing of Lot cards for production with all related documents
- Technical Support on all special application engineering requirements
- Document management and control - Maintaining upto date controlled documents for other department use
- Technical support for Root cause analysis and elimination of customer complaints




- Reviewing and ensuring the results of Engineering activities(BOM release, GAD submission, Lot cards release & Updation of engineering documents) to meet the business requirements on time.
- Co-ordination/Communication with team on technical support for the existing/current products
- Extend technical support to the Marketing, Manufacturing, Branches & Customers
- Reduction of engineering error
- Product training to internal/external customers at plant.
- Technical support to reduce the assembly and inhouse rejections
- Digitizing the various processes.
- Import substitution of identified products
