Role Description
The HR Support Officer at KO DIGITAL MEDIA will provide day-to-day support to the Human Resources function in a part time capacity. This hybrid role is based in Abu Dhabi, with some work-from-home flexibility. Key responsibilities include assisting with employee lifecycle processes, maintaining HR records, and supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures. The role involves coordinating employee relations activities, helping draft and update job descriptions, and responding to routine HR queries from team members. The HR Support Officer will also contribute to HR documentation and reporting, ensure compliance with internal guidelines, and collaborate with managers to support a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to support core HR operations and processes.




- Candidates should possess skills in HR Policies and Job Description Development to assist in maintaining clear, compliant HR documentation and role definitions.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations to help foster constructive communication and address basic workplace issues.
- Candidates should demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Candidates should have good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and prior HR support or administrative experience, are beneficial.
