Job Objective:

The Head Marketing is responsible for developing and executing the organization's marketing strategy to strengthen brand positioning, drive business growth, increase market share, and support revenue objectives. The role needs to oversee brand management, product marketing, digital marketing, retail marketing, market research, corporate communications, and marketing budgets.

Role Requirement : The role will not be limited to operational marketing activities. The candidate will be required to make frequent market visits, handle retail sales and e-commerce platforms, and build strong relationships with suppliers and business partners through regular personal interactions. The role requires a hands-on, approachable, and business-focused individual who can identify and generate new business opportunities through various marketing and sales channels.

Strategic Marketing




- Develop and implement short-term and long-term marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Create annual marketing plans, campaigns, and promotional calendars.
- Identify recent market opportunities and growth initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.

Brand Management
- Build and strengthen the company's brand identity.
- Ensure consistency in brand communication across all channels.
- Manage product positioning, packaging, and brand visibility.
- Plan and execute brand-building initiatives.

Product Marketing
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
- Collaborate with Product Development, Sales, and Operations.
- Conduct market analysis to identify customer needs and product opportunities.

Digital Marketing
- Oversee digital marketing strategy across social media, websites, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Monitor digital campaign performance and optimize ROI.
- Drive customer engagem
