We are excited to announce the launch of our new store in Chandigarh , an important step in our journey to create a better everyday life for the many people.

Following the successful openings of our two stores in Delhi, this new location strengthens our presence in Northern India and brings IKEA closer to customers in one of the country s most agile and culturally rich cities.

As we prepare to open our doors in Chandigarh we are looking for passionate co-workers who share our values, are inspired by home furnishing, and are committed to creating meaningful experiences for our customers. Together, we will make IKEA more accessible, deliver a seamless omnichannel experience, and continue building long-term relationships with the many people in and around Chandigarh.

Knowledge that Counts
- Good knowledge of IKEA processes (retail and/or logistics processes), tools and working methods leading to excellent operations.
- Understanding of customer s needs, demands and expectations in the local market.




- Possessing knowledge and understanding of KPIs used for success measures for own function.
- Well versed with relevant IT systems/solutions/tools.

Operational Approach
- Enjoy applying a tactical and operational approach for analyzing business opportunities from customer/market perspective and inspired by challenging situations.

Customer Satisfaction
- Enjoy providing service and support to managers, co-workers, and the organization in order to improve the business with focus on customer satisfaction.

What You ve Done So Far
- University degree (Logistics, Economics, Business Administration or related) or equivalent working experience in retail/home furnishing/supply chain/customer service.
- Possess good computer skills and high proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proven analytical and numeric skills with the ability to identify and address required actions
- Have experience in problem-solving and process improvement
