The MCU Engineering team plays a critical role in delivering the scalable platform capabilities that power H1's products. Our engineers build the services, APIs, event-driven systems, and user experiences that transform complex healthcare data into fast, reliable, and intuitive products used by life sciences organizations around the world. Working across up-to-date cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, and AI-enabled technologies, this team solves challenging technical problems at scale while partnering closely with Product, Design,

WHAT YOU'LL DO AT H1
As a Senior Software Engineer on our MCU team, you will own the delivery of complex product capabilities from technical design through production deployment with minimal guidance. You'll partner closely with Product, Design, and fellow Engineers to build scalable, high-performing applications that power H1's platform while helping shape technical direction across the team. This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys working across the full stack, making architectural decisions, solving distributed systems challenges, and taking ownership of the quality and reliability of the software they build.
