Position Overview
We are looking for a Head – Affiliate Growth to own affiliate growth strategy, team execution, partner performance, and revenue outcomes. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong industry knowledge, strategic understanding, and ruthless execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Own Affiliate Growth strategy, targets, and execution.
Drive affiliate acquisition, activation, reactivation, and revenue growth.
Lead and manage the Affiliate Growth team with strong accountability.
Monitor affiliate performance, revenue, EPC, CR, traffic, and campaign growth.
Identify and execute new affiliate and campaign growth opportunities.
Drive optimization and ensure timely closure of performance gaps.




Work closely with Advertiser Growth, Network Ops, and Tech teams.
Translate management strategy into clear, actionable execution plans.
Represent Affiliate Growth in management reviews with explicit insights and recommendations.

Requirements
7+ years of experience in affiliate/performance marketing.
Strong team leadership and people-management experience.
Deep understanding of affiliate networks, publishers, traffic sources, and campaign performance.
Strong execution, ownership, and problem-solving mindset.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly express opinions and recommendations.
Immediate / short-notice joiners preferred.
