We are looking for a technically strong and experienced individual who is self-motivated so as to perform Technical consultant role for Orchestration & fulfilment stack in Openreach’s IT space. Candidate’s involvement will play an significant role to ensure solutions and approaches are technically & at a systems level correct & implemented with best of the tools available in market.
Candidate is supposed to facilitate and work with vendor teams across various locations, while performing his/ her roles and responsibilities.
What You’ll Be Doing
Prepare technical specification document based on functional specifications document prepared by functional designer.
Ability to understand how technology helps business and organization goals & accordingly propose and review solutions/ approaches using various technologies/ tools available in market, based on which the implementation very well fit within allotted budget and timelines.
Regular review of various ongoing project implementations to ensure maximum efficiency and performance from the deliverables.
Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures by ensuring timely review with Chief and platform architects.
Build and maintain strong relationship with various stakeholders within BT Technology and Openreach through regular meetings and communications.
Provide direction and guidance to internal teams on technology front.
Regular upskilling of various technologies (as required for the role) by learning latest developments in the market.
