Identify and assess children with disabilities in assigned government schools.
Develop and monitor Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and support inclusive classroom practices.
Conduct regular school visits and provide educational and rehabilitation support.
Coordinate with teachers, Head Teachers, BEO/BRC/CRC officials, and other government stakeholders.
Facilitate referrals for therapy, assistive devices, disability certificates (UDID), health services, and social welfare schemes.
Organize awareness programs, parent meetings, and teacher training on inclusive education.
Maintain beneficiary records, case files, MIS, and submit timely reports.
Support School Readiness Centres (SRCs) and community-based rehabilitation activities.
Monitor the progress of children and provide follow-up support.
Participate in project reviews, trainings,



and other organizational activities.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Special Education, Psychology, Rehabilitation, Education, or a related field.
Experience working with children with disabilities or in community-based programmes is preferred.
Knowledge of inclusive education, disability rights, and government schemes is desirable.
