Description
Experienced candidate to lead company⁃wide performance media marketing initiatives. Sitting in the Enterprise Marketing, Data & ELC Studios team, this person will work on strategic channel planning, project management of key media initiatives and media partnership management, across the portfolio of 17 brands to deliver regional business performance. This person must be a subject matter expert in all aspects of performance marketing and paid media, with proficient experience in both strategic and activation recommendations, and managing multiple senior internal and external stakeholders.

You will work to support a wider integrated paid, earned and owned media approach across media touchpoints. You will collaborate with other Enterprise Marketing department leads to ensure a holistic and aligned approach e.g. Consumer Insights Director, Consumer Experience Director, ELC Studios Content Director as well as liaising with all brand communications, marketing and online teams, and where relevant, global counterparts.

WHAT THIS ROLE DOES:





This role is responsible for building actionable insights to drive digital marketing channel performance with a focus on social and broad reach channels. The key output of the role is to provide strategic recommendations to the brands with a DTC offering, on how to deliver incremental traffic and revenue through to the portfolio of .co.uk sites. This will be achieved through analysis of historical performance, industry insights/market trends and consumer segments and journeys across the marketing channels. This position involves managing 3rd party media and tech partners across social channels to improve the effectiveness of advertising investment and troubleshoot any issues.
