We don't just place creators in campaigns; we manage brand relationships, strategy, and execution in-house, end to end.

The Role

We're looking for an Account Manager to independently own 2-3 brand accounts at a time, end to end. You'll get support from a dedicated reachout team to handle outbound and lead generation — but everything.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end servicing for 2-3 brand accounts — from brief intake to final reporting

Lead content strategy for each account: deciding what content formats, creators, and angles will actually deliver on the brand's objective, not just executing what's handed to you
Translate brand objectives into sharp, actionable creator briefs and campaign plans
Coordinate with the Talent team to match the right creators to the right briefs
Manage campaign timelines, approvals, revisions,



and deliverable tracking across your accounts
Review content/scripts for brand and strategic alignment before they go to the client, flagging gaps between brief and execution
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with brand-side marketing teams/agencies
Prepare campaign reports and performance summaries for clients
Spot upsell and renewal opportunities within existing accounts
Troubleshoot issues in real time — a late deliverable, a brand pushback, a creator conflict — without needing hand-holding

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

2+ years of experience in account management, client servicing, or brand partnerships — agency, creator economy, or marketing background preferred
Strong content strategy instincts — you can look at a brand's goal and independently design a content approach, not just receive one
Background or strong working knowledge of finance is a plus (we work closely with f
