Job Purpose

* To lead and manage Human Resources and Industrial Relations functions in the
manufacturing plant, ensuring a productive work workplace, statutory
compliance, strong employee engagement, and harmonious labor relations
aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

* Human Resource Management
Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding,




performance management, and employee lifecycle management
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company
objectives
Drive talent management, retention, and succession planning
* Industrial Relations (IR)
Maintain harmonious relations with unions and workmen
Handle wage negotiations, settlements, and union discussions
Manage grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and dispute resolution
Represent the organization in conciliation proceedings, labor courts (if
required)
* Statutory Compliance
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations, such as:
Factories Act
Industrial Disputes Act
Shops & Establishment Act
PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity
Labour Codes
Coordinate audits and ensure 100% compliance documentation
* Employee Engagement & Welfare
Drive employee engagement initiatives, welfare programs, and communication
