Role Description The Head of Human Resources will lead the HR function and align people strategies with business objectives across all manufacturing operations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ranchi, responsible for overseeing HR management, workforce planning, and talent acquisition for plant and office staff. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations,



ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and overseeing performance management and training initiatives. The role will also drive employee engagement, handle grievance resolution, support leadership on organizational development, and coordinate with senior management on compensation, benefits, and succession planning.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience leading HR functions in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law, including statutory compliance, industrial relations, and regulatory requirements relevant to India.
Experience in designing, implementing, and updating HR Policies that support business goals and promote a fair, inclusive workplace.
Proven ability in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and employee engagement initiatives.
