- Roles & Responsibilities:
- Work with various stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Assist in identifying business challenges and opportunities.
- Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, discussions, and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Translate business requirements into BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Create process flows, workflows, business models, and requirement documentation.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, QA, Project Managers, and business stakeholders.




- Define acceptance criteria and support solution validation.
- Assist development and testing teams in clarifying functional requirements.
- Perform impact analysis for proposed process or system changes.
- Support UAT, test case validation, defect clarification, and business sign-off.
- Prepare dashboards, MIS reports, and business insights where required.
- Track requirements, changes, dependencies, and project deliverables.
- Support implementation, training, documentation, and post-production activities.
- Ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
