Roles and Responsibilities

- Handle outbound/inbound calls for the US International Voice Process related to sales, staffing, or recruitment services.
- Generate leads, pitch services, and convert prospects into clients/candidates as per process requirements.
- Work closely with the RPO/BPO team to understand client requirements and align sales strategies accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with US-based clients/candidates through effective communication.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as assigned by the team lead/manager.




- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM/system.
- Handle objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions to close deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, recruitment, quality) to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Stay updated with US market trends, client requirements, and competitor activities.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and compliance guidelines during calls.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 0–1 years of experience in International Sales, RPO, BPO, or International Voice Process (freshers with good communication can also apply).
- Excellent English communication skills – verbal and written (neutral/US accent preferred).
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven with a willingness to achieve sales goals.
- Comfortable working in Night Shift (7:00 PM – 4:30 AM, Monday to Friday).
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory based on experience).
