Designation: Sales Coordinator
Location: Kolkata

Experience: Up to 3 years in a relevant profile/field

Roles and Responsibilities:

- • Assisting the Business Development team with meetings and follow-ups
- • Providing sales support to the entire Sales team, both virtually and physically
- • Managing and updating customer data in the CRM system,



ensuring accurate records and timely follow-ups
- • Preparing and maintaining Excel-based MIS reports, dashboards, sales trackers, and data analysis reports
- • Tracking sales targets and preparing reports for the entire sales team
- • Suggesting and implementing improvements in the sales administration process
- • Coordinating with different departments to meet deadlines
- • Preparing daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports
- • Building an open communication workplace for the sales team
- • Drafting and sharing reports with existing clients
- Initiating and coordinating inductions/team meetings on behalf of the Zonal Sales Head

Selection Criteria:

- A degree in MBA/UG
- Exposure to CSR documentation would be added advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Shorthand in MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint

Qualification:

- Any Graduate from renowned university.
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
