Job Purpose:
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for planning, managing, and monitoring multiple projects to ensure timely completion within budget and quality standards. The role will oversee day-to-day project coordination, team performance, execution, and maintenance to achieve maximum productivity, efficiency, quality, service, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets and ensure execution as per plan.
- Allocate tasks to team members based on skills and project requirements.
- Monitor project progress, identify issues, and take corrective actions.
- Ensure timely completion of project deliverables.
- Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to allocated budgets.
- Identify project risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate effectively with team members, clients, stakeholders, and senior management.
- Lead, motivate, and guide the project team to achieve project objectives.
- Ensure project deliverables meet defined quality standards.
- Prepare and share regular project status reports with stakeholders.
- Maintain proper project documentation and records.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project coordination/management.
- Experience in safety and security systems or construction projects is preferred.
- Good knowledge of applicable industry standards and regulations.
