We are looking for a Senior Learning Program Partner with 8+ years of experience.

Key Requirements:
• 8+ years of experience in Learning & Development
• Experience managing enterprise learning programs
• Strong understanding of LMS and learning technologies
• Experience with AI-enabled learning workflows
• Strong knowledge of learning measurement frameworks & analytics
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Strong program management, communication and execution skills

CTC: Up to 21 LPA




Location: Ahmedabad / Remote
