We are currently expanding our internal recruitment engine in Kolkata and looking for an experienced, driven Non-IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment cycles for high-volume and niche non-tech mandates.

Role Overview

The Non-IT Recruiter will own the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to candidate management and client/stakeholder coordination. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in closing mid-to-senior level roles across domains such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Human Resources, Supply Chain, and Engineering (Manufacturing/Infrastructure).

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete talent acquisition lifecycle for diverse Non-IT sectors, ensuring timely fulfillment of open positions within assigned Turnaround Times (TAT).
- Sourcing & Channel Mix: Leverage various sourcing channels including job portals (Naukri, Monster/Foundit), professional networking sites (LinkedIn), internal databases, employee referrals, and social media hiring.
- Screening & Evaluation:



Conduct rigorous preliminary telephonic or face-to-face interviews to assess candidates' technical competencies, communication skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an active talent pipeline and database for recurring and high-volume general staffing requirements.
- Client / Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate closely with internal account managers and corporate clients to understand precise role requirements and deliver tailored shortlists.
- Interview Coordination: Manage interview scheduling, feedback collection, salary negotiations, and rollout of employment offers.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure meticulous updating of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) / recruitment dashboards and generate daily/weekly MIS reports on hiring metrics.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

- Education: Graduate/Post-Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred).
- Experience: 4 to 6 years of solid agency or corporate recruitment experience strictly handling Non-IT / General Staffing portfolios.
- Domain Knowledge: Well-versed in hiring for sectors like Manufacturing, FMCG, Pharma, BFSI, Retail, Supply Chain, and Corporate Functions (Sales, HR, Finance).
- Skills:

- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong command over sourcing techniques, headhunting, and mass hiring.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR databases/job portals.
