We are currently hiring for the position of Secondary Research Analyst with Netscribes. This is a full-time opportunity with a hybrid work model (3 days work from office and 2 days work from home), along with fixed weekends off.

Role Highlights:

- Exposure to Private Equity and Venture Capital research
- Opportunity to work on fund profiling, management profiling, and transaction analysis (M&A;, funding rounds, etc.)
- Structured growth with performance-based incentives (in dollars post-confirmation)

Eligibility Criteria:

- Minimum 50% throughout academics
- Strong communication skills and market awareness
- Educational background in Finance, Commerce, or Economics
- Recent graduates or postgraduates (2024 and 2025 batches preferred)
- Immediate joiners only

Compensation Details:

CTC - 22.5K, INHAND - 17.2K + eligibility for dollar-based incentives
