Job Description
The Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving the people agenda in alignment with organisational goals. The role will be responsible for talent strategy, performance management, employee engagement, leadership coaching, organisational development, workforce planning, and change management. The incumbent will work closely with senior leadership to build a high-performing, agile, and growth-oriented organisation while ensuring best-in-class people practices.
Key Responsibilities

- Partner with business leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business objectives.

- Drive performance management, succession planning, talent reviews, and leadership development initiatives.

- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on organisation design, workforce planning, employee relations, and change management.

- Lead employee engagement, culture-building, and retention initiatives to enhance employee experience.

- Coach and mentor people managers on performance, leadership effectiveness, and people management practices.

- Analyse HR metrics and people insights to support data-driven decision-making and improve organisational effectiveness.

- Partner with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Operations to deliver integrated HR solutions.

- Ensure compliance with employment laws,



company policies, and HR governance while proactively managing organisational risks.

- Lead and support key transformation initiatives, organisational restructuring, and business expansion projects as required.

Skill Requirements

- 15+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant experience as an HR Business Partner supporting senior business leaders.

- Proven ability to partner with leadership teams and influence business decisions through strategic HR interventions.

- Strong expertise in performance management, talent management, organisation development, employee engagement, and change management.

- Experience working in fast-paced, growth-oriented organisations; experience in EdTech, Education, Technology, Services, or similar industries will be preferred.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.

- Strong analytical mindset with experience using HR data and metrics to drive business outcomes.

- Sound knowledge of Indian labour laws, HR compliance, and contemporary people practices.

- High level of business acumen, ownership, execution excellence, and ability to work in a dynamic setting.
