- Location: Noida
- Process: International Voice Process
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Voice Process is mandatory
- Education: UG / Graduate / PG
- Working Days: 5 Days Working
- Shifts: Rotational Shifts & Rotational Week Offs
- Salary: Up to 36,000 CTC per month (depending on last drawn salary/package)
- Cab Allowance: 3,600
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions over calls.
- Maintain professional and effective communication with customers.
- Understand customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
- Meet process-specific quality and performance targets.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of International Voice Process experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational week offs.
