- For Freshers: The initial 3 months will be an internship.
- Stipend: 10,000 (Fixed) + Up to 10,000 Variable per month
The variable component will be paid after successful completion of the internship.
- After successful completion of the internship:
CTC: 3 LPA to 4.2 LPA, depending on performance

Note: This role also includes the Software Testing job function. You will work closely with the product, development, and QA teams to understand business requirements, test applications, and help ensure smooth product delivery.
Business Analyst Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to gather and document requirements
- Assist in preparing BRD, FRD, and SRS documents
- Translate business needs into clear technical requirements
- Support project planning,
documentation, and process improvement
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams
Software Testing Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements and prepare detailed test cases
- Perform manual testing (functional, regression, UI, system)
- Identify, log, and track bugs until closure
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Analyze logs and application behavior to identify issues
Required Skills & Qualities
- Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Positive understanding of Manual Testing and SDLC
- Basic knowledge of software development processes
- Good written and verbal communication
- Ability to understand business workflows and system behavior
- A proactive mindset with willingness to learn and adapt
