Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a high volume of outbound calls to generate leads and convert them into paying customers.
- Identify potential clients' needs through effective cold calling techniques and provide solutions using insurance products.
- Build strong relationships with existing clients by upselling and cross-selling relevant insurance policies.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly targets set by the management while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or telesales.
- Solid skills in credit card sales, domestic calling, domestic sales, inside sales, insurance sales, outbound calling, telecom sales, and bpo sales.
- Ability to work on an hourly wage basis with flexibility for night shifts (if required).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle rejection professionally.
