Responsibilities

Platform Ownership Architecture

Define and own the GenAIplatform reference architecture.

Build reusable platformcomponents enabling teams to:

Access LLMs securely, Useenterprise data safely Implement guardrails and evaluations consistently Establishand enforce standards, best practices, and guardrails for GenAIadoption.



EngineeringDelivery Leadership Lead and mentor platform engineers delivering LLM-poweredservices at scale.

Perform technical impactanalysis considering: Compute cost Token usage Latency Scalability Governancerequirements Drive high code quality via: Code reviews Design reviews Testingdiscipline Lead large-scale refactoring and modernization

efforts. Governance,Reliability Operations

Proactively manage: Securityvulnerabilities AI risks (hallucinations, leakage, bias) Platform SLAs and costcontrols Lead root cause analysis for platform or AI-related incidents. Ensurecontinuous alignment with evolving GenAI and cloud best practices
