Responsibilities
- Supporting daily logistics-related activities to maintain seamless operations across regional distribution channels
- Managing domestic vendor transport arrangements to ensure efficient dispatch, tracking, and timely delivery
- Handling vendor invoice processing and managing the end-to-end P2P process
- Executing cost allocations of transport expenses towards respective service centers with precision
- Acting as a backup for preparing, analyzing, and reporting on inventory counts
- Identifying process gaps in transport operations and working collaboratively to develop efficient logistics workflows
Qualifications
Were looking for a Bachelors degree holder in Supply Chain, Logistics or Engineering with 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience in logistics and distribution operations within a regional setup.
You should have:
- Practical experience in managing domestic transport vendors, freight operations, and logistics workflows
- Demonstrated experience in vendor invoice handling, P2P cycles, and transport cost accounting or allocations
- Background in inventory reporting, physical inventory count reconciliation, and operational analytics
- Professional certifications in supply chain or logistics are a plus but not required
Competencies
- Proficiency in SAP, especially the MM module
- Strong analytical skills in MS Excel and Power BI
- Ability to create effective presentations
- High attention to detail in tracking financial allocations and inventory metrics
- Solid communication skills to manage vendor relationships across the APAC region effectively
- A proactive problem-solving mindset to develop structured solutions for operational delays
