Agentic AI Developer (3-5 Years Experience)

Job Description:
Infosys is seeking an innovative Agentic AI Developer with 3-5 years of experience in software development and solid expertise in Python programming. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing and building autonomous AI agents, multi-agent systems, and GenAI-powered applications using modern AI frameworks and Large Language Models (LLMs).

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and deploy Agentic AI solutions using LLMs and AI agent frameworks.
- Build intelligent workflows and autonomous agents capable of reasoning, planning, and task execution.
- Develop scalable Python-based applications, APIs, and microservices.
- Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems, databases, APIs, and business applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement AI-driven business solutions.





Required Skills:

- 3-5 years of experience in Python development.
- Hands-on experience with Agentic AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and RAG architectures.
- Experience with frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, LangChain, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of FastAPI, Flask, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.
- Experience working with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB, Azure AI Search).
- Familiarity with Azure Cloud and AI services.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with multi-agent orchestration and workflow automation.
- Knowledge of LLMOps, AI governance, and model evaluation.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
