Job Description: :We are looking for an experienced Java Developer to design, develop and integrate Java-based solutions within a banking technology environment. The role involves hands-on development, technical leadership, API integration, stakeholder/vendor coordination, technical governance and mentoring junior developers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor Java developers and drive project delivery.
- Design and develop scalable, modular and reusable Java/API solutions.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs across upstream and downstream systems.
- Participate in design, estimation, development, unit testing,



release and implementation support.
- Conduct code reviews, technical reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
- Work with Business Analysts and Solution Architects to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors on technical issues, RCA and solution delivery.
- Identify and manage technical risks and ensure compliance with security/governance standards.
- Support cloud migration and technology modernization initiatives.
