Job Summary

We are looking for an Application Support Engineer with 2.5+ years of experience in supporting Loan Origination Systems (LOS) within the Banking domain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in production/application support, API troubleshooting, SQL, and incident management. Experience supporting loan processing applications and integrations with banking systems is preferred.

Required Skills

- 2.5+ years of experience in Application/Production Support.
- Experience supporting Loan Origination Systems (LOS) or banking applications.
- Strong understanding of Banking and Lending business processes.
- Good knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, HTTP methods, and status codes.
- Hands-on experience with Postman and Swagger for API testing.
- Strong SQL skills (Joins, Subqueries, Stored Procedures, Views).
- Experience with Unix/Linux commands and shell scripting basics.
- Knowledge of log monitoring tools such as Splunk, Kibana, ELK, or Dynatrace.
- Familiarity with ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical,



and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with loan lifecycle management and lending products.
- Exposure to banking middleware or integration platforms.
- Knowledge of Java-based enterprise applications.
- Basic scripting using Shell or Python.
- Experience with Jenkins, Git, or CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Banking Domain Knowledge

Candidates should have an understanding of:

- Loan Origination Process
- Customer KYC and Verification
- Credit Bureau Integration
- Loan Eligibility and Underwriting
- Loan Approval and Disbursement
- EMI Schedule Generation
- Loan Account Creation
- Banking APIs and third-party integrations

Education

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

- 2.5+ years in Application Support.
- Experience in Banking/Financial Services, especially Loan Origination Systems.
- Robust API troubleshooting, SQL, Unix/Linux, and production support experience.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and support critical production environments.
