- Train and mentor AR/Cash Management teams on payment posting and reconciliation processes.
- Conduct recent hire training, refresher sessions, and process updates.
- Develop training materials, SOPs, and assessments.
- Monitor trainee performance and provide coaching to improve quality and productivity.
- Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to identify and address training gaps.
