Required Skills

- 5-9 years of experience in software testing with strong expertise in API Automation Testing.
- Hands-on experience in API testing and automation using Rest Assured, Postman, and Swagger/OpenAPI.
- Robust programming skills in Java with experience in developing and maintaining API automation frameworks.
- Experience in validating RESTful APIs, Web Services, JSON, XML, and Microservices architecture.
- Good understanding of TestNG, JUnit, Maven, Gradle, and Git.
- Experience working with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and SDLC/STLC processes.
- Experience in backend testing, database validation, and SQL queries.
- Knowledge of defect tracking tools such as JIRA, Azure Boards, etc.
- Experience in automation of API test cases, regression suites, and integration testing.
- Understanding of authentication mechanisms such as OAuth, JWT, Basic Authentication, and API security testing concepts.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
