Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist with 01 year of experience to support and execute digital marketing activities across multiple online platforms. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of social media marketing, SEO, content creation, campaign management, and performance tracking. The candidate should be eager to learn, creative, and interested in building a career in digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Create engaging social media posts, reels, banners, and other marketing creatives.
- Schedule and publish content according to the marketing calendar.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience engagement.
- Assist in managing social media communities and responding to comments and messages.
- Support Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns under guidance.
- Track campaign performance and assist in preparing weekly and monthly reports.
- Assist with SEO activities, keyword research, and content optimization.
- Support the team in improving online visibility, lead generation, and brand awareness.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, AI search,



and emerging marketing tools.

Required Skills

- 01 year of experience in Digital Marketing / Social Media Marketing.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, SMM, and Content Marketing.
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Search Console is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools.
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut or similar software.
- Understanding of keyword research and SEO best practices.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong learning ability, creativity, and willingness to take responsibility.
- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Digital Marketing certifications such as Google, Meta, HubSpot, SEMrush, etc. will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidates

- Candidates from Tamil Nadu and Puducherry are preferred.
- Remote work prospect.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
- Freshers with relevant Digital Marketing certification/internship experience can also apply.
