Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, code, test, and debug mainframe applications.
- Analyze business and technical requirements with Project Managers and Business Analysts.
- Develop and modify applications using:
- COBOL
- JCL
- DB2
- IMS optional
- CICS – optional

- Perform system and application analysis to identify issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application problems.
- Provide solutions to improve system performance and efficiency.
- Develop and implement procedures for mainframe systems.
- Maintain and support existing mainframe applications.
- Maintain documentation of system modifications and developments.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to understand requirements.
- Analyze system performance and identify potential issues.
