SAP ABAP Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Consultant with 8 to 12 years of hands-on experience in SAP development. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ABAP programming, SAP S/4HANA, enhancement frameworks, interfaces, forms, and performance optimization. The consultant will work closely with functional teams to design, develop, test, and support SAP business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain SAP ABAP applications and custom developments.
- Work on Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows (RICEFW).
- Develop and support objects using ABAP on SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
- Build and enhance CDS Views, AMDP, OData Services, and SAP Gateway applications.
- Develop interfaces using IDoc, BAPI, RFC, Proxy, and Web Services.
- Implement enhancements using User Exits, BAdIs, Enhancement Framework, and Implicit Enhancements.




- Develop SmartForms, SAP Scripts, Adobe Forms, and ALV Reports.
- Perform code reviews, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Support testing, deployment, and post-production activities.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong experience in SAP ABAP development.
- Expertise in RICEFW objects.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.
- Experience in CDS Views, AMDP, OData, and SAP Fiori integration.
- Robust knowledge of Enhancements, BAdIs, User Exits, and ALE/IDoc.
- Experience in SmartForms, Adobe Forms, SAP Scripts, and ALV.
- Knowledge of BAPI, RFC, Workflow, and Web Services.
- Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
