- Handle inbound calls from international clients, providing excellent customer service and resolving their queries efficiently.
- Process client requests, respond to emails, and maintain accurate records of all interactions.
- Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell relevant products or services based on client needs.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment with an emphasis on international voice process (inbound).
- Robust communication skills for handling high-volume calls with accuracy and professionalism.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities simultaneously.
