About Position:

We are looking for a skilled Python Developer with 5+ years of experience and strong exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs). The ideal candidate should have expertise in developing scalable backend applications, building AI-powered solutions, and integrating GenAI services into enterprise applications.

What You'll Do:

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Python.
- Develop backend services, APIs, and microservices for enterprise applications.
- Build and integrate AI/ML and Generative AI solutions into business applications.
- Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, or Anthropic Claude.
- Develop AI-powered applications using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, and prompt engineering techniques.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, Product Owners, and Engineering teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and Agile ceremonies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Python Development.
- Strong proficiency in:
- Python 3.x
- FastAPI / Flask / Django
- RESTful APIs and Microservices
- SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases




- Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Data Structures and Algorithms
- Git, CI/CD, and DevOps practices
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles and design patterns.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLM-based applications.
- Experience working with:
- OpenAI / Azure OpenAI
- LangChain / LangGraph
- Vector Databases (FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate)
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Prompt Engineering
- AI Agents / Agentic AI Frameworks
- Understanding of NLP concepts and AI application development.
- Experience integrating AI services through APIs.
- Exposure to Machine Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of Kafka or event-driven architectures.
- Familiarity with MLOps practices and model deployment.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
