Position Overview
As an Academic Counsellor, you will interact with prospective students and parents,
understand their learning needs, and guide them towards the right educational programs
offered by Infinity Learn. This role is ideal for fresh graduates with excellent
communication skills and an interest in sales and counselling.
Key Responsibilities

Counsel prospective students and parents regarding Infinity Learn programs.
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate admissions.
Build strong relationships with students and parents.
Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.




Achieve admission and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate CRM records.
Coordinate with internal teams for a seamless admission process.
Participate in product and sales training programs.
Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (B. Tech, BBA, B. Com, B.Sc., BA, BCA, etc.).
Fresh MBA graduates may also apply.
Freshers with robust communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Fluency in Hindi & English or Telugu & English.
Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
