Hiring: Technical Business Analyst

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 5 - 8 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time (5 Days Work from Office)

Job Summary: We are looking for a technically strong and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 5 - 8 years of experience to work closely with business and engineering teams. The candidate should have solid experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder coordination, along with working knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, SQL, and system architecture basics.
Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Create flowcharts, swim lane diagrams, and high-level architecture diagrams.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Grooming, Reviews).
- Support QA and UAT by validating requirements and test coverage.
- Perform impact analysis and gap analysis for new enhancements.
- Write basic SQL queries for data validation and reporting.
- Coordinate with engineering teams on Azure-based implementations and deployments.
- Assist in API discussions, system integrations, and data mapping activities.

Technical Skills Required

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure, including:
- Azure Function Apps (basic understanding of serverless workflows)
- Azure Blob Storage (data storage concepts)




- Azure App Services (basic deployment understanding)
- Basic understanding of cloud architecture and application flows.
- Ability to create:
- Process Flow Diagrams
- Swim Lane Diagrams
- Architecture Diagrams
- Data Flow Diagrams
- Hands-on experience with Lucid chart / Draw.io for diagram creation.
- Basic SQL knowledge (queries, joins, data validation).
- Understanding of APIs and data integrations.
- Experience with JIRA or Azure DevOps.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in travel, e-commerce or digital platforms.
- Exposure to Redis, caching concepts, or cloud-based deployments.
- Knowledge of release management and production support processes.
