About the Company:

Job Summary:

We are looking for Accounts / Finance Executives with practical knowledge in accounting,

taxation, and financial operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day

accounting activities, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping

- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions
- Manage cash book, bank book, and general ledger
- Handle invoicing and billing processes
- Maintain proper financial records and documentation

2. Taxation & Compliance

- Prepare and file GST returns and TDS returns
- Handle income tax return filing and compliance
- Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements

3. Banking & Reconciliation

- Perform bank reconciliation and credit card reconciliation
- Manage cash flow and banking transactions
- Coordinate with banks for financial activities

4. Financial Operations

- Manage debtors and creditors
- Support payroll processing




- Assist in preparation of balance sheet and financial reports

5. MIS & Reporting

- Maintain financial MIS reports
- Provide data for audits and management review
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of reports

Key Requirements:

Education:

- B.Com / Any Graduate (Commerce preferred)

Experience:

- 15 years in Accounts / Finance / Taxation
- Fresher with strong practical knowledge may also apply

Skills Required:

- Solid knowledge of Accounting, Finance & Taxation
- Hands-on experience in GST, TDS, Income Tax
- Proficiency in Tally / Busy Software
- Knowledge of Advanced Excel
- Good understanding of balance sheet and bookkeeping

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Female candidates preferred
- Residing near Hyderabad / Secunderabad (Ranigunj preferred)
- Immediate joiners will be given preference
- Willing to attend face-to-face interview

- Monday to Saturday: 10:00 AM 6:30 PM
