Key Responsibility:

Design, implement, optimize, and support DevOps, SRE, and Observability solutions for cloud-native applications across Azure and multi-cloud environments, proactively troubleshoot complex production issues, drive RCA/PCA, improve reliability, resiliency, performance, and automate operations using Engineering-led and AI-led practices.
Build and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), deployment automation, and self-service platform capabilities.
Drive Engineering-led and AI-led Operations by improving platform reliability, resiliency, availability, performance, toil reduction, self-healing, and operational efficiency through automation.
Design and implement end-to-end observability solutions including monitoring, logging, dashboards, alerting, APM, distributed tracing, and proactive incident detection.
Lead RCA, PCA, Problem Management, incident automation, post-incident reviews, and preventive engineering improvements to eliminate recurring issues.
Deploy, manage, and optimize workloads on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS); GCP/GKE experience is an added advantage.
Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, IAM/RBAC, secrets management, and policy enforcement using Terraform and Ansible.
Implement DevSecOps, security scanning, compliance automation, and governance across CI/CD pipelines.
Leverage AI/AIOps to improve incident prediction, alert correlation, root cause identification, capacity optimization,



and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with Product Engineering, Platform Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, and Operations teams to improve delivery velocity, platform stability, and developer productivity.
Mentor engineering teams on DevOps, SRE, AI-led Operations, Observability, cloud-native engineering, and automation best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Platform Engineering, Engineering-led Operations, AI-led Operations, and Toil Reduction.
Hands-on expertise with Azure, AKS, Kubernetes, Docker, Helm; GCP/GKE experience is positive to have.
Strong experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, release automation, deployment strategies, and GitOps.
Hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), cloud automation, and configuration management.
Strong expertise in Datadog, Grafana, ELK, Prometheus, monitoring, APM, logging, alerting, dashboards, distributed tracing, and observability.
Experience with RCA, PCA, Major Incident Management, SLI/SLO/SLA, Error Budgets, Reliability Engineering, Performance Tuning, Capacity Planning, Self-Healing Automation, and continuous service improvement.
Strong scripting skills using Python, Bash, or Go for automation, AI integrations, and operational tooling.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum, ITIL environments, and 24x7 production support.
