- Design and develop comprehensive solutions architecture for IT services, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and optimization using tools like ServiceNow, ITSM, AMS, etc.
- Develop RFP responses and proposals that showcase the value of our managed services offerings to clients.
- Provide presales support during sales cycles by creating presentations, demos, and other materials that highlight the features and advantages of our solutions.
Job Requirements :
- 15-25 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry as a Solution Architect or similar role.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, GCP; knowledge of application support processes (e.g., ITIL) is an added advantage.
- Experience with managed services models (e.g., SaaS) and ability to design scalable architectures for large-scale implementations.
