Qualification

Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications

- 4 years of overall Salesforce experience
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Billing / Revenue Cloud Billing
- Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) lifecycle
- Experience with:

• Salesforce CPQ • Orders, Order Products, and Amendments • Billing Schedules, Invoicing, Payments, and Credits

- Strong Salesforce configuration skills (Flows, Process Automation, Approval Processes)
- Experience with Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Components (hands-on or good understanding)
- Integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware (MuleSoft preferred)
- Strong understanding of subscription-based and usage-based billing models




- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Positive-to-Have Skills

- Experience with Agentforce Revenue Cloud Billing
- Salesforce Certifications (any of the following preferred):

• Salesforce CPQ Specialist • Revenue Cloud Consultant • Salesforce Platform Developer I/II

- Experience in Telecom, Media, SaaS, or Subscription-based business models
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models

Education:

- BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university
