Position Overview

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven IT Recruiter specializing in Hunting/Sourcing to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sourcing IT professionals through LinkedIn, job portals, resume databases, and other recruiting channels.

The recruiter will be responsible for identifying qualified candidates for US IT contract and permanent positions, building candidate pipelines, conducting initial screening, and driving candidates through the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and identify qualified IT candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, resume databases, referrals, and social media.
- Perform extensive candidate hunting based on job requirements and technical skills.
- Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screening.
- Understand technical requirements and identify candidates matching the client's needs.
- Contact candidates through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
- Explain job responsibilities, location, compensation, work authorization, and interview process.
- Build and maintain a strong database of qualified IT professionals.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Coordinate interviews and collect candidate feedback.
- Work closely with recruiters, account managers, and delivery teams to fulfill open positions.
- Meet daily and monthly candidate submission and recruitment targets.
- Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment activity in the ATS.
- Develop long-term relationships with candidates and maintain an active talent pipeline.

Required Skills

- 15 years of experience in US IT Recruitment / Staffing preferred.




- Strong hands-on experience with candidate hunting and sourcing.
- Excellent knowledge of LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Experience sourcing candidates for technologies such as:
- Java / .NET
- Python
- React / Angular
- AWS / Azure / GCP
- DevOps / Cloud
- Data Engineering
- AI / ML
- Salesforce / SAP / Oracle
- QA / Automation
- Business Analyst / Project Manager

- Strong understanding of US IT hiring and recruitment processes.
- Knowledge of US work authorization types is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Strong follow-up and candidate relationship management skills.
